Product line 03 — Engineered wood
A solid wood core carrying a laminate wear surface, painted V-groove edges and wax-sealed on all four sides. Supplied in one plank format.
Specification
The wear surface is rated AC4, the same abrasion scale used for HDF laminate, but it sits on a solid wood core rather than fibreboard. It is specified where a timber substrate is wanted and a melamine surface is acceptable.
Glueless installation on a licensed profile. The V-groove is painted rather than left raw, so the bevel does not show a pale line as the floor wears.
Wax on all four edges slows moisture ingress at the joint. It is a mitigation, not a waterproofing: this is a wood core and it will move if it gets wet. For wet areas specify SPC.
Supplied in 1217 × 165 mm only. Cartons hold 10 planks, which is 2.00805 m² — take your quantities off that rather than rounding by area.
