SPC Rigid Core Flooring
Rigid stone-plastic composite core with a UV-cured wear layer and an integrated IXPE acoustic backing. 100% waterproof, formaldehyde-free and dimensionally stable enough for underfloor heating.

Selecting a wear layer
Match the wear layer to the traffic class.
The wear layer, not the total thickness, determines how the floor ages. These are the four gauges we run.

Every range below is the same product line filtered to one gauge or one decor family — the specification envelope is shared, so choose on the application rather than the datasheet.
4 mm SPC Flooring
The thinnest rigid core we run. Lightest to ship and the cheapest per square metre, which makes it the volume choice for apartments and fit-outs where the subfloor is already sound.
5 mm SPC Flooring
The middle gauge, and the one most commercial jobs settle on. Enough core to bridge a subfloor that is not perfectly flat, without the shipping weight of 6 mm.
6 mm SPC Flooring
The heaviest rigid core we produce. Specified where the floor takes wheels, point loads and a subfloor nobody is going to re-screed.
Wood-Texture SPC Flooring
Printed woodgrain with a pressed surface texture. The texture is a repeating plate rather than being aligned to the print, which is what separates it in price from embossed-in-register.
Embossed-in-Register SPC Flooring
The surface emboss is aligned to the printed grain, so the texture your hand feels sits exactly where the eye expects it. It needs a dedicated plate per decor, which is why the range is narrower than the printed one.
Stone & Marble SPC Flooring
Marble and stone decors in tile formats. The reason to specify them over actual stone is not the look, it is that they are warm underfoot, quiet, and go down as a click floor with no grout and no wet trades.
Stock SPC Flooring
Held decors, dispatched in 7–10 days rather than waiting on a production run. The trade-off is choice: stock is whatever is on the floor at the time, not the full decor range.
